I have accounts with all major manufacturers including, but not limited to: Dell, HP/Compaq, Acer/ Gateway/E-Machines, IBM/Lenovo, Toshiba, AlienWare (Dell-owned and operated), and many more! We can get discounts on most items, simply send me an e-mail with your specs and budget. I will work with you on the best value for your money. Computer Repair - This is a 4 step process: 1. Assess the situation - find out what the problem is. Research the problem to find out WHY this has happened. Is it spyware related? A virus? Windows corruption (Windows?Corrupt? Never!) ;) 2. Plan of Procedure - after researching the issue at hand, plan the steps involved to remedy the situation. In this environment, efficiency is key. I do not want a customer to be without their system for days or even hours at a time. 3. Implement solution - start implementing the solution to the problem. 4. Testing phase - before leaving the clients office or home, make sure the system works properly! I would hate to pay someone for a product or service and find out that the issue still exists! Networking - Wired & Wireless - We will help you setup your home or small office network. This also involves a few steps. Normally, for a small business, there will be a small consultation fee to see what you need and how far you'd like to take it. Depending on your budget and space constraints, you may want a dedicated server, 5-10 client PCs, and 2 to 4 printers setup. Or you may opt to go with a peer-to-peer setup. Either way, we will need to discuss your variables before any work is initiated so that you will be happy in the end. Isn't that most important?
